Gina Abudi, MBA – Senior Consultant
Gina Abudi is a Senior Consultant with BPTrends Associates with over 25 years’ of experience in helping global organizations develop and implement strategy around projects, processes and people. She has led a number of projects over the years including process improvement initiatives, change management initiatives, facilitation of process and project team meetings and executive strategy sessions. She has worked with a number of large, global organizations to facilitate review of project management and core business processes, working with clients to find and implement improvements in how work is getting done to support business and customer needs. In addition to consulting, Gina has been developing curriculum and providing training with a focus on process improvement, project management, change management, and general leadership areas. Gina is lead author of Best Practices for Managing BPI Projects: Six Steps to Success (J Ross Publishing, 2015.) Her next book on Implementing Positive Organizational Change: A Strategic Project Management Approach will be published by J Ross Publishing in February 2017. Gina received her MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management.

Mary Lowe – Senior Consultant
Mary is a Senior Consultant with BPTrends and has led numerous Business Process Management redesign projects during the past 20 years. Prior to joining BPTrends Associates she worked as an independent consultant with numerous clients in such diverse areas as manufacturing, telecommunications, mortgage lending, customer service, and student financial aid. Mary has also developed a quality assurance methodology for implementing change within organizations and step-by-step “facilitation kits” for process redesign workshops. Mary is a seasoned consultant and trainer and has developed and delivered numerous training programs to organizations involved in process change.
Artie Mahal – Senior Consultant
Artie is a Senior Consultant with BPTrends Associates. Brent Sabean – Senior Consultant
Brent Sabean is a BPTrends Associates Senior Consultant with over thirty years of experience. helping clients improve the performance of their organizations through business process innovations enabled by information technology. Brent has worked with several of the major professional management consulting firms in senior management positions. His areas of specialty include business capability planning and governance, business architecture design, business process design, business performance management, and business/ IT strategy alignment. Brent has assisted several clients, particularly large organizations, in the development of comprehensive enterprise architectures that integrate and align the enterprise’s strategic intent, key business processes, and enabling resources (people, knowledge, information technology and physical facilities).
Richard Simourd – Senior Consultant
Richard is a Senior Consultant with BPTrends Associates. He is a skilled manager, facilitator, trainer and consultant. Prior to joining BPTrends Associates, Richard worked for 15 years as an independent BPM and Organizational Change consultant with Fortune 500 companies on projects ranging from Business Architecture, Process Redesign, Human Change Management and Team Building. Richard began his professional career at Digital Equipment Corporation where he held management positions in diverse areas including Human Resources, Long Range Planning, Manufacturing, and Materials and Production Control.
